I liked the huge house, the decor in the house and patio pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms were big and clean.

I didn't like that I had to put in 6 requests in 7 days for issues. The hot tub out back didn't work, they were unable to fix it. There were old dirty panties under the couch. The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling, there was metal sticking out of an outlet in the dining room. They came after 3 requests to fix that. I put in several requests for access to the resort amenities such as the big pool, water slide and lazy river and kept being denied access. We paid a lot of money to spend the week there and were only able to enjoy the house pool. The pool chairs were rusty and broken as well as the pool screen. I feel the owners/management didn't take care of the house.
