Staff friendly Clean

The entire facility was great.

Check in was a breeze, room was big with plenty of room for 3 guest in a two queen size bedroom. Outdoor patio with cozy with a fire fireplace, available breakfast on property was good with all the basics, copy, complementary. all staff was welcoming and helpful.

We were charged lots of unexpected fees. They charged an additional $45 because we booked thru booking.com. then they charged us $12 for parking but the next morning their email said it was $10 for parking.

I was pissed off

1泊平日の宿泊だったのでとてもお安く 静かで良かったです。車で行ったのですが、駐車場も地下階にありスムーズでした。 車で、近くのパーキングロットで好きなレストランにも行けました〜

コインランドリーが備えてあったのですが、1セットだけだったので、かなり待たなければなりませんでした。洗剤は品切れでしたが向かい側のホテルを案内され買いに行きました〜1ドルコインのみ使えるので現金の準備が必要でした。　すんなりいかずハードル高いです。　コインランドリーを使わなければ問題ありません。

Overall, we had a very nice day, but I would have to say attention care is needed to the carpet in the hallways on the third floor. They are quite dirty. Other than that, our stay was very nice.

The hotel was so accommodating to cancel the rest of our weekend booking. My husband and I had to cut our weekend getaway short after just spending one

Room wasn’t that clean, sheets looked like they weren’t fresh. They gave us a room with no remote control knowing the tv wasn’t working. They did try to give us a different room but we had to get to our event of the night. We ate breakfast at the buffet and they only came around once to ask if we needed anything.

The property is fine. Used the gym which was nice to have. TWO complaints: When making the reservation through Expedia, I looked for pet-friendly properties and this was one. HOWEVER…was notified at check-in that it was an extra $75.00. Nothing about this earlier. SECONDLY…the hotel knows we are here for one night. WHY, then, did the housekeeping staff knock on our door THREE TIMES between 8:30 and 10:45 to get us out to clean the room? Could have been a more peaceful stay.
