did no eat anything. the room was comfortable.

the lighting in the garage needed to be brighter, the registration desk was right in the dining area, only handicapped parking available in the registration area.

The staff was great! The cleanliness was impeccable. The beds were really comfortable.

The toilet clogged up and we could not use it because it would not flush - which meant that if we wanted to use a toilet we had to go to the lobby. The barn door locked halfway to the bathroom and did not close all the way. The shampoo in the shower was hardly filled. The electrical plugs next to the bed above the end table in between the beds did not work at all to be able to charge my phone. These are all things that really need to be checked. The breakfast was shocking, the food was overcooked and really was not great!

The location.

The breakfast buffet was horrible. They look like they leftovers and potatoes were dry. This sausage made me and my husband sick look like it was day old sausage overcooked,the variety wasn’t pleasing. It did not match the beauty of the hotel.

Lobby is very nice. Lots of option in lobby store for purchase.

Rooms were okay hallway heading to the room were dingy. There was a lot of noise with people running and slamming doors and people stomping upstairs until at least what was it 10 11 o’clock at night . Having to be up quite early for the next day it was very difficult thing to get to sleep.

They actually have a bar and a full food menu and the staff was excellent great location beautiful pool outside fireplace you can sit around I can't believe I paid so little this is definitely five stars in my book

I cannot think of one thing that could be better

Breakfast was not included in the room rate, and we didn’t try. Location gave easy access to the wine country Pool was very pleasant. Parking was safe and convenient. Maids all said good morning

My daughter had two consecutive two day reservations ( booking .com ). She called to cancel the second reservation, and the hotel cancelled the first instead. This led to MUCH aggraviation and NO ROOM on a May Saturday. We had to pay an exorbitant $300 at another hotel. Her name is Jade Margolis. 650-918-2799. I believe it was Crystal who made the error. UNACCEPTABLE!
