利川に2泊3日の滞在で利用しました。チェックインはフロントがいらっしゃいましたが、チェックアウトはキオスクでした。スタッフの方の対応は良かったです。部屋には水、紅茶、スティックコーヒー、キッチンや洗濯機もあり、長期滞在に良さそうです。何階か忘れましたが、ジムもありました。ホテルの近くには温泉施設やコンビニがあります。とても快適に過ごすことができました。ガウンの丈が短かったのと、バスタブがないので星4にしました。

지산리조트에서 스키타고 연휴라 막힐것같아서 투숙했어요 체크인전 미리 문자주셔서 주차하고 쉽게 프런트를 찾았어요. 급하게 예약해서 기대하지 않았는데 새건물이기도 하지만 청소상태가 매우 좋았습니다. 잠만자고 나와서 이용은 안했지만 취사 세탁 가능하고 전자레인지도 있어서 오래머물기도 좋겠어요

오피스텔일부를 호텔객실로 쓰는 것 같은데, 신축이라 매우 깔끔하고 내부구조도 큼직하게 잘 나와서 편하게 1박 잘 했습니다. 빌트인 주방이랑 전자렌지 있어서 간단한 취사도 가능합니다. 웰컴스낵도 있어서 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다.

신식 건물이라 청결합니다. 늦게 체크인했는데도 직원 분들의 대응이 좋았습니다. 다만 레지던스 호텔이라 지인의 오피스텔을 방문하는 느낌은 있네요. 그리고 주차장에서 엘리베이터까지 전반적으로 어두운 느낌이 있습니다.
