Breakfast was good. Location was excellent. Staff was helpful.

The breakfast was great! Hot fresh eggs. Loved the waffles. The staff was very helpful. I had a lot of packages coming and going--they managed it all flawlessly and with a smile.

The tv never worked well. The wifi or internet connection did not work well.

Clean hotel, location of hotel, staff was accommodating to our request to change rooms.

Price was expensive. We booked thru booking.com, but paid the same price as calling the hotel direct. The tax and fees was outrageous. This is the second time via booking.com we got a small room facing an alley. So initially the hotel did not meet expectations but after we requested a room change it was good. The hotel prefabricated breakfast was not good.
