Early check in not available at all. We had to wander around for 6 hours until 4 pm. The hotel where we were told that we can store our luggage was one mile away, for $10. Later, we found out we could have stored in same building for $20. Poor communication or someone is getting a kickback. When we finally got in, garbage was never emptied, sand in tub, sand in sink, and slow tub drain. And given covid, we always wipe down. Good thing we did because the cleaning people did a crappy job. Dusty floors under tv table, food under table. Good thing we had plenty of wipes. Only good point is bus stops are close by, close to beach and plenty of places to eat. Would not stay here again
