So! There was no free breakfast. I ordered two beds which means for two, but they charge more. Very tiny room. Thanks but never again.

We were just using this hotel for 1 night before taking a flight to the Galápagos Islands. It was convenient with only being 13 mins from the airport hotel and it was also close to the river walk. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable and clean. However, the room was very noisy from the street even though we were on the 8th floor and were using the loud air conditioning unit as white noise to block it out. The windows basically had zero sound insulation! Also, our experience with staff was strange. I had never had such a long check in process where the person behind the desk went into all of the hotels policies of what you cannot do, including the fact that they would charge us extra for a 3rd person even though they could clearly see it was only my husband and I. It just made it feel like a very negative vibe on checking in. Also, when checking out, I asked at the check in desk if I needed my room key to get out of the parking garage and she said no. Then, when we were trying to exit, the parking attendant asked for the room key. He then made us wait while he called ‘someone’. We were literally waiting 10 mins to get out of the parking garage. Anyone would think we were trying to steal the Crown Jewels. Very odd. Finally, this is the only hotel we’ve stayed in in Ecuador that did not include breakfast. The cost of breakfast at this hotel was $19 which totally wasn’t worth it. So, would I stay here again? It was ‘okay’ but I would probably go somewhere else.

Great place to stay as it isn’t far rom the airport and the area is known to be safe .

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is great, the staff was great as well. I would stay here again. We paid addiitional for breakfast and it was definitely worth it! Excellent all around.

They did not treat us well. They lack customer service which is a shame because it is a beautiful location. They will try to charge you where ever possible and do not treat you with the upmost customer service.

Very nice and modern hotel. Location was perfect. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Prob the best hotel in the area.
