Thomas Sea Suites

We loved staying at this location. We would recommend friends and family for sure. The only issue we had was there was a couple of towels that were folded for us the use that were dirty.

Absolutely beautiful little condo/suite, right on the water with great views and parking. Right near everything, very quiet and safe. All the amenities are included in the suite, highly would recommend to anyone.

Location was perfect, great view of the water. The condo was exceptionally clean and well furnished.

We rented one of the Penthouse apartments. It was very nice and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen with a very impressive cooktop. The view of the water was spectacular. The bathrooms are very large. It is very convenient to downtown and the historic sites. You can easily walk there. There were 2 dedicated parking spaces for us.

-There was only one shower. The second bathroom has a tub but no shower. -the balconies are not connected (one off the living area and one off the bedroom). They are also very narrow. There were 2 chairs and a table on each. It was too cold for us to go out but we would have had to move the chairs through the apt for all 4 of us to sit out there and it would have been awkward because of how narrow. -it took us a little bit to find the correct elevator for the penthouses. Not a big deal but some signage would help. - some one was parked in one of our parking spots when we arrived so we had to park on the road for a short time. It was a bit frustrating that we couldn’t tell a live person on premises. -on Sunday evening we went to The Terrace restaurant. It was closed. Also, firepits were described but we didn’t see any. We really just wanted to see the restaurant so it wasn’t a big deal It was more surprising in that the advertised hours said open on Sunday.

Clean, beautiful space directly across from East Bay Grill where we had dinner. Excellent location! Gorgeous water view. Great kitchen where we gathered a group of old friends to “catch up”.

Directions to access the property were not clear. We wandered around for 30 mins trying to find an elevator that went to the 3rd floor. Finally had to call the property manager. Must access the entry from the street side!
