Property is in perfect location. Could not ask for a more enjoyable experience.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel and suite. Loved the convenience of the onsite rooftop restaurant and bar. The food and drinks were delicious. Being in the heart of downtown, very noisy throughout the night. Extra bath towels would have been nice. As well as instructions for use of the tv’s. Otherwise an amazing place to stay.

The unit we rented was a top floor and labeled as Penthouse Jr. Overall the unit was nice and will note the Pros and Cons below: Pros: - Clean - Location - Size of the unit - Access to rooftop - Good parking - Shower was very nice - Nice appliances Cons: - Communication we property: we send a email that said the contact email was "-----------------@-----.---- Very bizarre - Confusing to enter and exit the premises - Bed frame sticks out 4 inches and I smashed my knees a couple of time to the point I put pillows on it - The AC unit is next in the Ktichen / Living room area and turned on for 5 minutes, off for the same and then repeated. We had to put close caption on the TV because you couldn't hear the TV - The shower racks were quite loose and coming off the wall - View was disappointing Overall, nice but not worth the money

Beautiful, clean and well appointed condo very conveniently located within walking distance to major attractions. Upscale and modern features in unit. Rooftop bar was a plus.

The spacious, well equipped apartment was terrific, and the location was ideal and very central to the waterfront.

Check in/out times could be more flexible. We arrived and paid for parking elsewhere until after 4.30pm only to find our spot was taken. This did get resolved quickly and we appreciated this. However when we checked out the apartment we decided to leave the car for a while as we knew the next guests couldn't get in till 4pm, only to quickly return to find a parking ticket on the car. This really angered me and tainted what had been a lovely stay. It really feels like a money making scheme to catch people out. Given the high cost for this apartment stay I'm disappointed that this extra charge was taken by way of a fine.

Perfect location

In advance of my stay, I could never get anyone to call me back. I spoke to two people who worked there, both committed to calling me back. Neither did.

Location and upkeep

Was loud until around 1 in the morning upstairs vrs 10 as stated sounded like someone was constantly moving stuff back and forth on the floors at the restaurant upstairs
