Boldrini apartment with balcony by Wonderful Italy

Ho apprezzato la posizione: vicina alla stazione e non troppo lontana dalle vie principali di Bologna. Appartamento pulito e accogliente, dotato di ogni elettrodomestico che potesse essere utile in un breve soggiorno. Semplicissimo l'accesso alla struttura e cordiale il ragazzo che ci ha fornito le chiavi. Wonderful Italy è poi presente e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità e contattata attraverso whatsapp in maniera molto chiara e semplice. Ottima esperienza!

Mancavano i cuscini extra per il letto. Alla richiesta di avere un paio di cuscini in più, con relative federe, ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto pagare un supplemento per le federe. Ci è stato inoltre detto di conferire la spazzatura secondo le regole della casa (dove si diceva di usare la carta smeraldo fornita insieme alle chiavi per il conferimento dell'indifferenziato) ma non ci è stata data nessuna carta smeraldo.

Un très bel appartement cosy et très lumineux, en plein centre ville de Boulogne et à quelques centaines de mètres de la station centrale. Alesso est très aimable et nous à fourni les bons plans sans même le demander. Si jamais je retournerai je choisirais le même appartement sans hésitations

La ubicación es muy tranquila, está cerca de la estación para poder ir a otras ciudades. Para ir al centro está a 15 minutos pero es un paseo muy cómodo y agradable

La cama era incomoda.

Great location, self serve, private and secure. Air con, window shutters and WiFi were a massive plus. Bathroom and kitchen were adequate/good - plenty of space. Plenty of storage was a nice surprise! Number of keys initially overwhelming - but once clear, kept everything feeling safe and secure. Some clearer tutorial guidance after rep has left would be ideal. Great intro and run-through with rep when we arrived - and once contact with them began, it was great! Late arrival was communicated well due to delays on flights, because open communication was there!

On arrival - it was not clear where the property is. Pre- arrival support with photos of where to find the gate at the very least would alleviate some initial concerns while the rep responds and comes down. Bed was just ok. Shower could’ve been stronger pressure when hotter. Pillows were needing replacement. Some noisy neighbours sadly. Plus sockets were an initial concern, but a small extender was found - a genuine opportunity to improve digital accessibility - USB ports etc. Bins information was provided online but we recommend this is covered on arrival more; as we weren’t given a general refuse card - which we improvised around when out and about. Main drawback overall otherwise, was a noticeable inconsistency in communication and support in pre-arrival - must’ve messaged 4 times before I arrived asking for more info, via Booking.com, WhatsApp (once they started contacting there). There’s clearly a lot of automated messaging with now meaningful follow up and monitoring of replies. Some genuine lessons for customer hospitality and service.

I loved the whole flat. Excellent Ares in welcoming us. 100% recommendable.
