Rural location and a well supported pub by the locals.

The kitchen doesn’t open for dinner on Mondays or Tuesdays. This meant we had to make other arrangements. The landlord was kind enough to set a table in the dining room for our Uber eats delivery. Perhaps making the food availability clearer for potential guests would be helpful.

Welcoming and immediately made to feel at home. Tim, the landlord, could not have been more accommodating. Quirky decor and spotlessly clean with crisp cotton sheets. Extensive continental breakfast.

Wish we could have stayed a little longer to enjoy the countryside and the pub menu.

Food was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was really comfortable.

The shower lacks pressure. This has been mentioned in previous reviews and someone needs to take note.

We didn’t like the pillows too Hard and the coffee in the packs was very poor

Staff very welcoming rooms were very clean & comfortable

Shower wasn’t very powerful & would be nice to offer a cooked breakfast in the morning especially with the price of the room

the shower was too hot to stand in so we ended up using the facilities next door even though our friend wasn't able to join us. 4 chocolate croissants was limited for a breakfast basket

Lovely little pub in a picturesque village and close to good transport links

Continental breakfast basket was welcomed, but a full breakfast option would have complimented the stay.
