"Over all impressed for the price"

Everything overall was great. The restaurant food was pretty good and not too badly priced. The pool area was clean and a decent sized. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. The dining area was clean and inviting and breakfast was pretty good. Staff was friendly and tended to everything we needed. Little details made it feel pretty nice for the price. All the other guests seemed friendly and respectful not a lot of "rif raf" despite there being a good amount of kids staying. I also liked that it was easy to stream my phone to the tv.

This place seems like it probably had a lot of maintenance issues. We saw 3 maintenance people working on rooms on our floor during our 2 night stay. That along with the loose lamp, chipped floor, and small rips in the couch cushions. Also the road that the hotel sits on can be really loud at night. Sounds like people street racing all night. It was hard to fall asleep but we could stream sleep sounds on the TV which drowned most of it out.

Breakfast was disappointing. Slow to replentish items if at all. Plenty of sausage gravy, but no biscuits as examle

Location

Property was out of power, which was not in their control, but our stay included a complimentary breakfast the next morning and there was nothing. Cold showers and not even a complimentary bottled water for the trouble. I just thought the hotel could have had a little better customer service with the inconvenience of the power outage.

We have stayed here a few times and we have decided that this will be our "go to" hotel when we come out to see family. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by the friendliest, most helpful staff I have ever seen. From the front desk to the breakfast staff and the rest of the staff, everyone is amazing.

Nothing, it was perfect. We had an issue with getting the shade open and even when I tried to open it the next day it was difficult. Other than that, everything was amazing.
