"Fresh and cozy."

Fresh hotel in a great location. The personnel here are courteous and friendly. They look like they really love their job. The hotel is new and clean. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet.

"Great experience for long weekend."

Took a family long weekend to relax, have some nice dinners, and visif Legoland. Wonderful experience and clean environment, child friendly, and they made sure, with my older mother who has mobility challenges, my near elevator accommodation was met. Staff was attentive, prompt, and welcoming.

"Would stay again, but these things need addressed"

Location

Was busy morning for breakfast and had to wait on some hot foods. Just feel they were short staffed as those folks that were there were working hard! Monitoring the pool area. My husband and I took our daughter, niece and nephew to pool. There were 4 unattended children in there. Saw adults come in, speak to them and then we saw them get in car and leave. There was then another child dropped off and same thing occurred We were very uncomfortable with this as these children were desperate for attention Did not like being in that environment so cut pool time short. Unfortunate as this was a gift for niece and nephew Lastly, young men running through hallways knocking on doors late at night

"Our overnight stay was calm, stress-free, and pleasant."

This HYATT PLACE is conveniently accessible via Polaris Parkway, with quick links to I-71 and I-270. The hotel was spotless and comfortable. I particularly liked the walk-in shower, which is helpful since I am legally blind.

We found nothing to dislike; the property is maintained very well.

"Great family stay"

The whole experience was great. The staff was friendly throughout-front staff, housekeeping, kitchen staff, etc. The room was clean and in mostly great working order. The pool was nice and warm and it was great to have during the frigid weather outside. All of the public restrooms and area were nicely maintained and cleaned. The gym was a nice feature and had a lot of different machines. Great stay for the weekend and my family enjoyed the pool and breakfast the most. It was mostly quiet besides one neighbor being loud one time and then your standard hotel noises. We didn’t get to check out the restaurant/bar but maybe next time.
