The two front desk personnel were very professional and personable. The location makes everything easily walkable. The rooms are very well designed.

Centrale ligging, leuke inrichting. We hadden 2 appartementen voor 8 personen en het was prettig dat de appartementen tegenover elkaar lagen.

In de badkamer van een van de appartementen hing een behoorlijk sterke rioolgeur.

Great location. Very close to transit stops and walking distance to many points of interest. We like to wander around and look at things. Loved staying in the apartments so we could pack light and wash our clothes, saved some $$ by staying in & eating groceries purchased one block over. We ordered one of the food baskets but that wasn’t necessary. Grocery store very close and open hours great. Super clean. Very comfy bed. Functional cozy space. We stayed in the smallest apartment. Great for two. Okay for three. Four only possible as a sleep only situation I think. Staff was kind and attentive.

Street singers of questionable talent shouting till late night.

Unfortunately, very poor. The hotel technician left the room door open, which is absolutely unacceptable. It doesn’t bear thinking about what might have happened if, for example, our passports had been stolen. There was no housekeeping either; it was only after we complained about the open door and the lack of cleaning shortly before 4 pm that the bed was hastily made and the towels changed – nothing else. At checkout, we complained again to the hotel manager. She pretended to take our criticism seriously, but unfortunately, despite her grand promises, we haven’t heard a peep from her since. Not to be recommended.

Our family of four stayed in the apartments. It was the perfect stay. We had plenty of room and having the kitchen available was huge with two teen boys. The apartment was in a fantastic location. We walked everywhere. Comfortable and convenient!
