Receptionist at night shift of check-in day (May 21, 2025) was nice and surprise when he saw me get in. He was gently explained and made me calm down when I got upset and immediately reported to his supervisor about my booking. After 20 minutes, I got other call from Sales Manager of hotel to sorry about my booking and explained the reason was by her team forgot my booking after they had confirmed ! She offered compensation but I just wanted this hotel to learn from this case and make sure all bookings after confirmed should be recorded, and hotel should have another system to make sure no case will be missed. Through this case I accepted her apologize and still like the hospitality of the hotel team.

I arrived hotel late at night after long travelling from Danang to Noi bai and travel to hotel. However by booking was lost due to hotel forgot it although I received confirmation of the booking (2 days). I was denied at hotel and should go out to find other hotel at 10.45pm.

The facilities were very modern and clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always will to help. The breakfast delicious. It was at the more expensive end of Thai Binh hotels but we will happily stay there again when we next visit family in that part of Vietnam.

A very minor complaint - the air conditioning was only set to heating. As Australians, we found the room a bit too warm and when we asked if we could perhaps have the chance to cool our room we were told it was only heating in winter. Fair enough, temperature is a very personal thing, the windows could open and it wasn't oppressive.

This is the spot to stay if you are in Thai Binh. A beautiful new hotel with all the hoped-for amenities, including restaurant, bar, room service, gym, pool, etc. We booked an amazing suite at a great price and were comfortable for a long week of work. The staff constantly went above and beyond to meet our needs, ensure we were happy with the service, and help with any daily requests. Housekeeping staff even told management when we didn't finish most of a steak from room service (it was undercooked) and the hotel manager followed up with us. We didn't want to make an issue of it but they took it very seriously - all of the staff apologized for it! We were fine with it but overwhelmed by their attention to detail and desire to make everything right. Top notch service unlike anything else. What an excellent team. The suite was fantastic too - great view, comfortable, nice amentities. Would definitely stay here every time I am in town.

1/ tv cable signal is unstable 2/ air con is set by hotel only heat . I cannot change setting to fan or cool. At night the room is stuffy . i should open window for air and wind get into the room 3/ missing notice card of “not interrupt” - “make up room” in my room this time!!
