breakfast needs to fill in food due to late guest did not have enough foods to eat (food and fruit)

The hotel is modern and very well equipped to a luxury standard. Better than that, though, was the helpfulness of Minh. He was on reception when we arrived and explained we needed a bouquet of flowers for my son’s wife’s parents. Not only did he take us to a florist, he also carried the arrangement back to the hotel and looked after it until we needed to take it.

The only thing that I can think of is that the coffee needs to be kept hotter at breakfast time.

Great hotel and very helpfull staff

We booked a room with balcony but the room didn’t have one. We wanted to have lunch but the restaurant was closed despite the roominfo showed it was open.

Staffs are very friendly - Epecially Ms Van receptionist who was very friendly and supportive. She helped me a lot to order food at night when I arrived hotel late and a bit tipsy. Please give my 5 stars rating to her.

タイビンに出張の時には、こちらのセレジェンドホテルをいつも利用させて頂いています。 タイビンでいくつかのホテルを利用してますが 総合的にここのホテルが1番いいと思います。 特にこの地区でホテルのフロントに日本語が出来るスタッフはここしかいないと思います。 Hoamg Dinh Trongさんが片言の日本語では ありますが、色々と親身になって助けてくれます。近くの美味しいレストランを教えてくれたり 車で2〜3分のスーパマーケットを教えてくれて 行きのタクシーを手配してくれます。こないだは 帰りのタクシーの心配までしてくれて、もし 困ったらホテルに電話して下さいって言って 下さいました。いつも、ありがとうございます。 今後も利用しますのでよろしくお願いいたします。
