Excelente localização, mesmo frente á praia

La terraza, el salón-comedor, habitaciones espaciosas. Espacio general excepcional.

En una cama no se podía dormir casi. Un colchón muy duro y estropeado. Uno solo, los demás bién.

les travaux à l’étage en dessous . Marteaux piqueurs et penseuse toute la journée durant notre mois de séjour!! Pas d’eau chaude dans la cuisine , une salle de bain condamnée peu d’équipements de cuisine. Heureusement que Georgette a été réactive et très professionnelle.

During my stay, a neighboring apartment was being renovated and therefore it was very noisy in the building. Unfortunately, no one alerted me to this fact before paying.

The view is incredible. You have uninterrupted views of a beautiful beach and the sunset. The main bedroom also faces the sea which you can wake up and enjoy.

You can only use one hotplate but the oven works. But the view makes up for everything.

On a positive note, the view of the Atlantic was spectacular, and the location of the unit was excellent. The living room and dining area was large, and the stone flooring was gorgeous.

Expectations are rightfully high when you pay a premium ($400+ a night) for a premium 3-bedroom, 4-bath rental. During our recent 14-day stay at a rental unit in Póvoa de Varzim, we were unpleasantly surprised at what greeted us. Unfortunately, we weren't forewarned.the maintenance of the unit was deplorable: Bathrooms: Of the four bathrooms, one was totally out of commission, and a second lacked hot water. Kitchen: The kitchen also had no hot water. With a dishwasher, we could limp along. However, the dishwasher stopped working. Despite our request, no repairs would be made. Only two of the four burners on the electric stove worked. Kitchen cooking utensils were missing. There was no large pan for boiling pasta, for example, nor a salad spinner for cleaning lettuce. Some of the kitchen cooking utensils (spatula) fell apart.  Washing Machine: There was no way to wash clothes; a washing machine was not included. Linen: Some of the linen was not clean when we checked in. Lighting: At least a third of the lightbulbs in the various lamps and lighting fixtures were burned out or electrical wire were apparent in the bathrooms. Balcony ceiling: The exterior ceiling in the master bedroom balcony was ready to fall down. It looked as if the exterior stucco was ready to fall. When it does, anyone standing underneath risks injury.  No Water: At one point, we were without running water. A problem with the building's water source caused the situation; however, we were left on our own to cope with the situation for about 8 hours. Parking: way to small for SUV. Impossible to turn around. Living room: One of the couch is broken. And one of the shutter in the living room didn't work so it obstructed part of the ocean view from the balcony.
