After a week in USA hotels Kon Tiki is a pure refreshment!!

The staff at the reception was super nice and helpful. The whole hotel, the rooms and the location was perfect. Excellent choice

EXCELLENT ROOM AND FACILITIES. ROOFTOP BAR WAS GREAT. AND ON DEPARTURE DAY HAD USE OF SHOWER/CHANGING ROOM AND A COMFORTABLE OUTDOOR LOUNGE AREA TO WAIT FOR AIRPORT. UNEXPECTED SURPRISE. IT WAS A REAL GEM!

The front desk staff was friendly, and the room was clean.

As soon as we arrived (on Saturday night) there was a large line of people outside waiting to get in to the club. It turns out the rooftop restaurant also turns into an EDM dance club at night. It was difficult for us to get through the door with all the people lined up and no staff helped us in or with our luggage. As we were checking, and about to go up the elevator, the staff told us to move back as someone who was belligerently drunk was being thrown out by 2 bouncers. After that we tried to get into the small elevator with all our luggage and the staff let other clubgoers block us in the already full elevator. At our floor they had to get out because they were in front of us and they complained about it… they didn’t have to get in the tiny packed elevator with us and multiple suitcases.. We were on the 4th floor but had trouble sleeping due to the loud music until 3AM and being startled over the chaos of entering the hotel.

Staff is very friendly and attentive, they do more than you expect. Hotel has spacious rooms, perfect location for travelers. Beds are very comfortable, room is nicely decorated. Restaurant has beautiful view and especially tasty food. For me it much better than 5 star chain hotels
