部屋も清潔ですし、何よりもフロントの方がとても親切でした。 翌日のツアーの相談に乗ってくれたり、部屋に小さな虫が出た際は駆けつけてくださったり、帰りのタクシーを予約してくれたり、とにかく丁寧で優しく、旅のクオリティーがうんと上がりました。このホテルに宿泊して、タヒチでの滞在が本当に素晴らしいものになりました。

the guy at reception staff was extremely rude His tone was arrogant and he was being too loud about our situation almost trying to embarrass us. The lady the next day who is the manager sorted the issue out so kindly and felt like she genuinely wanted to help us he could’ve gone and thought which he didn’t bother his manner was horrible. Definitely should not be serving at reception.

Position

Big rooms, comfortable bed and super convenient for getting the ferry the next day.

The music from the bar above. Whilst checking out we moved 2 of our 4 cases to the lift, returned for the other 2- but as it was 11.00 (check out time) the key to the room stopped working and we were stuck with 2 cases in the lobby, 2 cases in the room. According to staff it’s standard practice throughout the world to lock the rooms on checkout deadline!!! We were not the only ones to complain about this, the staff member was quite rude.
