"Only 1 issue "

Front desk was friendly and accommodating Bellhop was Courteous! Only issue was getting overcharged on the deck snack bar and it didn’t get fixed, person in charged when extra charges where noted was not available until afternoon, we were to checkout at 11 am and we could not wait

El hotel esta muy bien, la habitacion estupenda, super comoda, con todo lo que se necesita. El personal encantador y servicial

Cambiaria ABSOLUTAMENTE el aroma del lobby, es horrendo, le baja la categoría al hotel 1000 puntos, huele a lugar barato y feo. Solo me falto alguna opción de poder comer porque estuve todo el dia trabajando y en la tienda no hay casi nada. y el hecho de que el aire acondicionado se apague solo. En el aeropuerto no me preguntaron que RESIDENCE IN y me dejaron en CANCUN cuando yo iba a PLAYA DEL CARMEN

"Will come again if around PDC with kiddos "

Rooms are clean. A/C works. Close to PDC and Xcaret. We used a vehicle to move around. Basic buffet but worked for our family with two kiddos of 3 and 6 yrs of age. Kitchen area worked well. Overall good experience.
