New hotel, spacious, excellent service by the front desk team. Alexandre was the most helpful ever, speaking 3 different languages. Pay for breakfast, it’s really worth it.
First and foremost, the team at reception and at breakfast. Sebastian, who has only been at his job for one week exemplifies the service of a 5 star hotel. There was a mis communication regarding when breakfast ended (10am on Wednesday's). We showed up at 10:15 am and was told we missed the breakfast slotted time. However, Sebastian made an exception and made sure we had everything we wanted for breakfast! This really made us exceptionally grateful because we chose Hotel LEONOR based on the review of how fantastic their breakfast is. THANK YOU Sebastian for being flexible and thinking of the customer.
