It was very modern and clean

I booked a king suite with a city view the lady working the front desk said I did not but i definitely did. It kinda made me a bit frustrated knowing that this was a very important night for me . But I ended up getting a room but I wouldn’t say city view. I really like the hotel and would like to stay again but under better circumstances.

Was booked in a small, windowless room (308). I was able to request from the front desk a room change after seeing my room. I was also told room 308 was the only windowless room in the hotel, why would anyone be even booked this room is beyond me. Also the gym was closed because apparently there was a flooding a few months ago, so I was told I could use the Redmont hote gym 3 blocks away - not so convenient. If I had known the gym was closed I probably would’ve booked another hotel.

The room was very good for wheelchair access with plenty of room. The roll in shower really isn't however because it has a wooden plinth to get over. The hotel is very nice and modern looking. The bed was a little soft for our liking but they can't please everybody.

The room wasn't available at 4pm as it was supposed to be. That was annoying after a five-hour drive. Even when they told us it was ready, the bed hadn't been made. Nowhere on this site were we Informed that the restaurant and bar are closed on Sunday. So, on arrival we had to find somewhere else to eat before the concert we were attending. Turns out many other places are also closed on Sunday. Also, $40 is far too much for a valet to park your car on the street right outside the hotel. As my car has a disabled tag, I could have parked it myself for free.

Location was fantastic. Our event was within walking distance of the hotel, so we didn't have to worry about parking.

Accessible ice machine would have been nice.
