booking.com didn't send on the entry details until the day after we arrived. Appalling service from them.We waited an hour in the car with two children until finally the hosts WhatsApped us with the entry details after having sent them onto booking.com on our arrival at gate barrier

The property was nice and in a good location.

There was a security deposit in which I did not receive back with no answer as to why. After contacting the property for a month the lady on the phone kept ignoring it or answering then saying she would phone back. Which she never did. Even after going through the website, information given by the property regarding the reason to why was false which was very disappointing to hear. This was after a whole month of trying to contact them for information.

Property location was excellent - security was perfect. Flat amazing size, huge rooms, all the amenities you could need for travelling with a family.

Unfortunately the floors upstairs creaked so much that it woke both our children, even when my eldest child walked on it, it was so noisy. Flat is super tired, finishings really poor (but cosmetic only), leak in radiator next to sofa meant it was off and slightly cold, vape was left on top of hallway radiator from previous tenants/cleaner? Stained duvet cover on downstair bedroom, toiletries in bathrooms are super poor quality and left in travel size bottles.

Penthouse was clean easy to access and just an all round lovely home!

Location was perfect for visiting Hydro, only a 10 minute walk at most. Apartment was great, had everything we required and it was nice a cosy as it was very chilly outside. Instructions to find the keys and access were easy to follow and when we left the following morning easy to get to city centre, a 30 minute walk. Definitely visit/use apartment again for our next concert visit.

The paintwork could be doing with a freshen up, but everything was clean so it really wasn't an issue.

Near venue

Took well over an hour to find the keys. When we did there were 3 lockboxes which had all frozen shut in the minus temps. No clue as to which was the right one. Luckily a taxi driver passed and lent us anti freeze. We looked for the key so long that we missed a good chunk of the concert, our sole reason for coming to Glasgow and for picking that venue. When we got in the property there were staining on floors walls bedding and furniture, some heater switched off in freezing temps. Mould around the bath seals litter left in kitchen and bins un emptied. There was chewing gum on walls and in a lamp shade. There was food left in the freezer and the freezer seal was covered in food residue,kitchen smelt like off milk, cupboards and oven trays were unclean and we did not use any of the food we had bought because of this. I can only imagine the vendors have more than one property here and the photos and reviews I read were from them. This property looked like someone lived there and had quickly straightened things up and left before we got there. We took photos of everything and contacted the agent but as yet have had no reply to our complaint. We left very early in the morning after little to no sleep and paid for an earlier transport home as we did not want to stay any longer in the property. The list of complaints all with photos are far to numerous to mention or add into a review but are available if the vendors wish to query any of our complaints.

Great location, close to station to get to city centre, and reasonable Uber ride. Close to great restaurants - walking distance. Very spacious apartment with parking. Lots of hot water, and got warm very quickly when heating was turned on.

Unfortunately it wasn’t as clean as it could be. Kitchen cleaning sponge/scourers were quite well used on arrival. Upstairs bathroom wasn’t as clean as we would have expected, and had water stains on ceiling from a previous leak. When leaving we stripped the beds and the sheets & duvets were questionable.
