This hotel was wonderful in every way - the decor, the landscaping, the Peruvian and Incan statues that grace the lawns, the river running right next to it. The food was gourmet. The staff were welcoming and tremendously accommodating. If I travel to Peru again, I will absolutely stay in this enchanting hotel in the Sacred Valley.

I usually don’t give reviews, but this hotel is so exceptional that I feel a need to share my experience. We spent there 3 days in April 2025. From the moment we came, it felt like a paradise… a hotel surrounded by magnificent mountains, and a powerful river at the back of the hotel, beautiful gardens all around with interesting plants, flowers, sculptures, fountains - where you can walk, relax and absolutely enjoy being there… you can even swim in the nice outdoor swimming pool. The hotel itself is very nice with spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast with lots of fruit (and everything else) really can’t ask for more. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. Highly recommended, I would like to come back anytime.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The grounds are simply a dream, with curated gardens, sculptures, and fountains, against the backdrop of the mountains and the Urubamba river. The staff and service were outstanding—incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. And the food at the restaurant is delicious. Highly recommend a stay here. A truly luxurious experience

This is a truly beautiful and serene hotel. I have stayed here twice with my friends and will return again. Our gorgeous bedroom was large and very comfortable with a door opening onto a unique garden filled with sculptures. During my last stay, I was having trouble with altitude sickness when I arrived. The staff were so attentive and called a doctor and nurse to treat me in my room. My symptoms resolved immediately so I could enjoy some nourishing chicken soup! I was able to enjoy the next few days on excursions, returning each night to a delicious dinner and the warmth of the hotel staff. Thank you so much! .

This hotel was where I spent my first night in Peru. It did not disappoint and the surrounding area is a delight to the eye. I spent about four nights in this hotel. Each room had a safe which I used daily. The rooms were spacious and kept very clean. The bed was comfortable and felt first class. The grounds are beautiful and are maintained. The staff were friendly/helpful and I felt safe staying at this hotel. If I were to travel to Peru again I would definitely stay in this hotel.

This hotel is paradise. Outside my window were mountains, sound of the river, hum of humming birds busy at work in the garden. The staff are incredibly kind and the food is good. If I had all the time in the world, I would spend weeks here without leaving to see anything else. This place heals.

Let me preface this review with this: I am very picky about quality, service and cleanliness. I had the best experience here. Beautiful rooms with big windows, modern and super clean. Very impressed with beds and linens. Bathrooms were spotless. The food was absolutely delicious, the location is beautiful with lots of cool details on the hotel grounds.
