Wrexham Central Stay Apartment Seven

The apartment itself was lovely, modern and clean. Everything you need there. It's literally In the centre which means close to all puns, shops etc. The lady I spoke with customer services was super helpful and polite and friendly.

It was a little noisy late at night because of it being where all the pubs and nightlife was. The double bed wasn't comfortable as could for myself as could feel springs nearly, but kids was fine. The closest Kong stay car park we could find was at eagles meadow (I think it's called) which is multi story public carpark. Was 5 pound from about 5pm till 10am. Just about a ten min wall away that wasn't ideal with 2 kids and luggage.

The location is great.

Several problems with the room. The description was not accurate, it said two bedrooms and it was one bedroom (they counted the other one as the living room). We had requested a travel cot that was confirmed but then wasn’t in our room, the fan in the room did not work, the shower did not work, we did not receive a welcome packet with how to enter the property, and there was no bedding provided for the sofa bed. It was frustrating that I had to spend so much of my vacation on the phone with the staff trying to get this all sorted.

Easy to find and access. Staff were easy to contact. Apartment was good value for money. Clean and comfortable.

Wasn't comfortable that there was no way of locking the door from the inside, for childrens safety.

Central location and fairly cheap.

Very noisy especially at night. Above an off licence which isn’t mentioned. No hairdryer as advertised. No condiments or even T bags. Bed had springs poking through. No Internet TV.
