今次是第二次入住，沒有upgrade 服務，前台說房已滿做不到，但我查看網站仍有房間預訂，晚上回酒店也見到前台工作人員upgrade 比其他客人。上一次入住時因沖涼房太滑朋友滑到在地上，背脊受傷，已與前台反映此問題，但今次再到只見了貼上小心地滑的貼紙在玻璃上，沒有加裝防滑條在沖涼房，沒有任何改善。希望酒店可正視此問題，萬一有老人家或其他客顧滑到引起嚴重受傷，便不好了。
