3BR Gem Near Falls-Sleeps 6 Comfortably

I stayed with famile for a New Year , very convenient place everything around , I wouldn't say walking distance to falls but close enough 2min by car , one suggestion to host, please update your pots and pans, over all grate place.I will stay again , I dont agree with previous coments about neighborhood, Is quite and safe.

Our one-night stay was great, the comfort and cleanliness of the was excellent.

The space in each room it was wonderful. I like the space in the kitchen. I like to cook night very good. Everything that I need it was there.

The only it was a little dark maybe if they upgrade and put a little more light in the kitchen. It was good.

Location to the falls was great. Could easily walk. Plenty of room and good facilities. Excellent wifi. Host was very prompt in sorting housekeeping issue after we arrived.

Spacious

Entire floor, stairs and upstair floor had loud squeezing noise; thin walls... Highly used, dirty, kitchen ustensils, and a kitchen very minimally equipped; dirty and broken mugs/glasses. Minimal bath facilities (3 toilet rolls for 3 days for 6 people), one mens shower gel and that's it. Check out at 10am.

Close to Niagara falls kinda. Not much else I can say good.

When we arrived, there was no sign on where to find the place. There were some strange instructions on how to park which none of us could figure out. The stairs creek horribly. When sleeping at 3AM there where people walking around in the attic fighting one another. We could not get any sleep because people on the other side of the duplex kept going up and down the stairs making lots of noise. The TV remote did not work.

- horrible smell of the cigarette, - very loud during the night ( neighbors upstairs very extremely loud until 2:30 am), -apartment was not done with cleaning until 4:30pm ( check in was 3:00 pm)- we were ask to come back later, what was not expected after 7 hours drive to the palce, - no hooks for the clothes and no closets in the house,
