Da localização que é perto de tudo. Supermercados, restaurantes...

Da limpeza. Quando chegamos estava com cheiro de mofo da TV que era de tubo. Queríamos usar a cozinha que é "comunitária" mas sempre tinha pessoas ocupando.

o hotel tem ótima localização, todos os comércios a poucos minutos caminhando (mercado , farmácia, restaurantes etc), praia bem perto 5 min andando. Tem vagas na rua com facilidade para estacionar.

Não tem limpeza de quarto, fiquei hospedado 4 dias não limparam o quarto, e ainda não emprestaram uma vassoura e rodo para limparmos. Acredito que precisam melhorar na limpeza dos quartos e instalações. outro ponto negativo são os colchões que são desconfortáveis e velhos. Hotel tem potencial de ser bom e barato ;)
