- Da localização - Do quarto: tamanho, conforto e higiene. O serviço da camareira foi perfeito. - Da equipe da recepção ter pronto atendimento pra solucionar problemas, tais como: problemas do ralo do box ter entupido e o chuveiro que não esquentava.

Necessidade de trocar de quarto, após estarmos instalados, devido ao ralo do box estar entupido. Tinha muitos mosquitos no local do café da manhã e no hall do hotel, onde ficavam os sofás, os quais estavam todos muito sujos. Os banheiros (feminino e masculino) do hall do térreo estava limpinho, mas com cheiro de esgoto muito forte.
