"Wasn’t clean!"

Room layout was great

Very dirty. The table in my room still had food on it from Not being wiped. The bathroom had a lot of hair. The lady at the front desk was so busy on her AirPods she couldn’t even hear us talk. She also spoke very strange, I think it’s because her AirPods are on and she doesn’t realize she’s not speaking loud enough or very clear.

I liked the breakfast and the staff!

That I had to bother the night staff for stuff the housekeepers should have taken care of when they set the room up for the next guest! Dirty shower curtain, used linen for the pull out bed! Taking way too long to receive my deposit back when I know I left the room in GREAT standing!

First time at a Staybridge The check in was great! Even with a little hitch on my part. The beds were comfy, great having a small kitchen, TV's in both the sitting area and bedroom. Water was hot immediately. The breakfast was very good. Check out was quick and easy.

The only downside was the pool closed for repairs. Not that was not a deal breaker.

Everything about the stay was good, location, convenience, comfort, safe, clean, nice smell, breakfast, social hour..10 out of 10

I don't know what it is with hotels and their toilets but this and my hotel stay the week before this one had really low toilets they were almost on the bathroom floor, very uncomfortable and difficult to get up when you suffer from knee pain and even if you don't; however, they are very child friendly
