The hotel's location is excellent, but I couldn't sleep because it was very noisy.

The staff at the reception were unhelpful. I purchased a tour package on the day of check-out. I paid a deposit upon arrival at the hotel. I also left my luggage there. There was nothing extra I needed to pay. The tour guide was waiting. The hotel reception said, "Let's finish this." I said, "I haven't received my deposit back yet. Secondly, my luggage is here. I'll be back in a few hours," and they let me go. I didn't like this attitude at all.The hotel's location is excellent, but I couldn't sleep because it was very noisy.
