"Ok stay."

The location was good. Nice lobby area. Room was clean.

Hallway carpets need a refresh or deep clean. Room was quite small and restroom/shower area is an odd layout. We were traveling with our two teens and only one person could get ready at a time. No door to the shower area, completely open. No mirror on the side with beds so if someone is in the shower, all had to wait for the sink/counter area and toilet. I wish the layout of the room/pics would have been shared more accurately.

"Worst Aloft out there"

The hotel was just all around filthy. The lobby, the room, all of it. Floors in the room were sticky and the hall carpet was atrocious. Like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a month. The sheets were thankfully clean, but HEAVILY perfumed. The staff was so sloppily dressed and unprofessional. We were given the absolute worst room on the first floor and it was SO loud. People kept going in and out of the door and slamming it, waking us up through out the night. Also, we were told that there was a charging station for our electric vehicle. That was actually a reason that we chose this hotel. It barely charged our car and we had it in there overnight. Also, there was only one charger, so had someone been on it we wouldn’t have been able to use it

The rooms were very quiet and clean. The shower was amazing and had excellent water pressure. The bed was VERY comfortable. My one and only complaint is the pillows, but I'm also picky about that so it isn't really a real complaint.

"Dissatisfied and unclean"

Location

The property is not being cleaned and kept up like it was just a year ago. It is grungy, the floors are stained in the hallways, we had to switch rooms because of dirty sheets and fingernail clippings on the floor.
