"Excelente lugar pero muchas deficiencias con su Anfitrión"

El departamento esta muy Bonito limpio y Confortable, la ubicación es excelente pues puede uno ir caminando a varios lugares turísticos, comer cerca muy económico y rico y el transporte queda relativamente cerca

Desde la llegada percibí mucha desorganización por parte del anfitrión pues me dijo que no había pagado el alojamiento, siendo que yo misma solicite el pago con mucha antelación con mas de 1 mes de anticipación, demostré con el recibo del pago su error, pero aún así fue muy tardado el proceso para dar la clave de la puerta, antes de llegar me enviaron un cuestionario larguísimo y con muchas peticiones de fotos como el sello del pasaporte de la entrada a Colombia que ni en migración piden. Por otro lado me hicieron un cargo de 688.56 MXN a mi tarjeta y fue muy complicado el proceso de devolución, pues tardaron en contestarme y Booking no se hizo responsable. Por este motivo sugiero que organicen bien su área de Administración pues yo viajo mucho y nunca había visto tal desorganización y es una lastima pues el lugar es Excelente.
