Aloft by Marriott Savannah Airport

We really enjoyed our stay here. When I’m in the area again we’ll definitely be returning.

The night shift associate was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable about the local area. I had a late check-in, staff was accommodating and expedient. The young lady leading the night shift on June 13 2025 was phenomenal. I'd recommend this location.

Hotel is very close to Tanger shopping center and close access to many popular restaurants. Very easy check in, nice pool & welcoming lobby

The staff member Ashley was very friendly and customer service oriented.

We enjoyed everything about the hotel. The room was very clean & looked very nice. Everything worked perfectly fine, great air, hot water everything.

They will not clean your room unless you ask them to. Then they will check to see if they can “fit you in” for cleaning service depending on when you ask. I was never added to the cleaning schedule. Aloft is a Marriott brand. Usually Marriott hotels will clean your room without you asking, so these rules are new to me. You should be given this info at check-in. Also, the floors are dirty. Somebody needs to mop. I couldn’t stand to look at the dried up pee drips in front of the toilet, so I laid a towel down on the floor in front of the toilet during my stay. The hotel lobby is nice and clean though. The bar and lounge area are great! I was in room 310 from 6/5/25-6/8/25.

I’ve stayed at several Loft hotels and always had a pleasant stay. I accidentally booked this stay when our flights were delayed by a day in March. I mistakenly booked for May 30 instead of March 30th. We are seniors on a fixed income, so I can’t tell you how upset I was after I realized my mistake. I asked hotels .com to call the hotel, and they did, but the person who answered the phone said no to giving me a refund. I called the hotel myself, and the guy was not only extremely rude, but he had zero compassion for my predicament and refused to refund me. Then he hung up on me. With all that being said, I will never stay at another Loft hotel and will encourage my friends not to stay there either.
