Courtyard by Marriott Mexicali

The facility and rooms are great for what Courtyards are, the menu breakfast is good.

When paying the 2nd day for breakfast the terminal did not work so I charged it to my room. The 3rd day the terminal did not work either and charged it to my room. When we got back that afternoon our room was blocked, so I went downstairs and they said I had to pay for both breakfasts, I did, they reprogrammed the keys and went upstairs and the room was still blocked, went to the lobby again and they said I needed to wait for a person to unblocked the room, which they never said before, so I went upstairs to wait for that person. The aisle to our room had many greasy spots on the carpet and carpet seems to have not been vacuumed for 2 weeks. The last day (4th), there was no hot water to take a shower. The place seems to be about 4 years old so everything looks good, what is not good at all is the management.

Very clean and new hotel

The air condition did not work. whe I mentioned to the receptionist , he made fun of the situation. we were not abke to sleep due ti the high temlerture in the room

I love this place. Everything is in walking distance. Don’t matter what you’re looking for. And the staff is always super welcoming.

This hotel is clean, comfortable and a great location. The staff is friendly and welcoming

Parking was tight for bigger vechele breakfast was cold and limited items and ran out of bread and bacon service good at front desk rooms where very clean

The room is nice, the lobby is too small, restaurant is more in line with a fast food cafe, Parking is not optimal, we were not able to check in even 1 hour early,
