"Superb"

Spotlessly clean. Large comfortable bed. Good Location, only a walk into the centre. Lovely kitchen with everything you could need. Table and chairs outside.

The sofa is not comfortable to sit on.

The location was very good. 10/15 mins from the train station. same again into Hoole village for shops, restuarants and pubs.

Kitchen table was lovely and modern with bar stools. I am only 5ft so struggled a bit with the chairs, otherwise no complaints!

"Family stay"

Very comfortable house and clean. Had all the basics that you need.

As we went as a family with a 1 year old we found that the table being tall didn't suit us very well as the high chair wasn't tall enough for the table.

The layout of the house was very pleasing and the whole place was spotless.

I would have liked a lower kitchen table as it is very high with high seats
