I needed to receive an invoice with my address, and I asked for it personally at the reception. However, they told me they were “busy” at that moment. Honestly, this already felt strange and unprofessional to me. In any properly managed hotel, issuing an invoice for a departing guest is a basic part of customer service—not something that should be delayed because staff are occupied with something else. I was in a hurry, so we agreed they would send the invoice to me by email. I never received anything. I then emailed the reception directly to request the invoice again, but again there was no response at all. I also tried requesting it through Booking, but received no reply there either. What disappoints me most is the hotel’s overall attitude toward customer service. Ignoring emails, failing to provide a simple invoice, and not communicating with the guest are signs of very poor service quality.

Well thought out rooms and very comfy beds.

Breakfast wasn't great

Great hotel, a short walk to the soccer stadium, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and the fitness room was perfect for a quick morning workout.

New, very clean & modern, many extras, spacious pool & patio area for lounging , excellent breakfast

The property is in a great location with access to good restaurants and nice shops. Our studio was perfect for our family of 4 and the mini kitchen was convenient.

We found someone else’s personal water bottle on the floor wedged between the chair and the wall which makes me wonder how thoroughly the room was cleaned before we checked-in.
