"Presentation of the outdoor spaces let this place down."

The location was fantastic.

There was not a lot of ventilation to dry the towels and they were not replaced each day. It was not [pleasant using wet towels. There was a lovely terrace at the back looking over the water but it had a horrible old white lounge which was really dirty and spoiled the space.
