The location is amazing, within walking distance of the Alzacar. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, and the view was absolutely beautiful.

Very modern, excellent location, brilliant rooftop. Ample space for sunbathing and relaxing - alongside the bar. Amazing views of the cathedral.

Silly but noticeable - the slowness of the lifts and needing to press the button for each lift individually.

Just the construction noise from the neighbouring building but there isn’t anything the hotel can do about that
