We have stayed at this location a lot. Normally we do not have much issues. This trip the bed sheets were dirty. The front desk was happy to give me new sheets. Also the handicap shower was broken. Nothing could be done. I hope that these are one time issues and not the start of a pattern. My family really enjoys this hotel.

There were several things first one was the professional attitude I received upon entering the hotel nice friendly lady you don’t always get that and secondly the minute I walk in room I was very pleased to see a nice clean fresh room my stay was absolutely nice

My room at least was is in real need of a refurbishment. The shower had mildew around the base. The wall paper was split and peeling. The shoe molding in the bathroom was coming apart. The blackout blind in my room was broken. The front desk knew about it, but put me in the room anyway (Room #122).
