Grate service

Our room had a great balcony that overlooked the river. The location was perfect for our needs. Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We were looking to buy a deck of cards (and couldn’t find any) and they let us borrow one . Also, the breakfast staff were amazing. Everyone was so friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

What I liked the most was, without a doubt, the location and the service from a gentleman who helped me with the situation involving a very unprepared receptionist, who only caused me discomfort. He made me lose a significant amount of time due to his inexperience as a receptionist and was very rude. However, this gentleman showed exceptional experience in resolving my booking situation. So, I was very pleased with that service. I also liked the room I stayed in, it was very well appointed, and I would definitely return.

“What I didn’t like was a receptionist with long hair who still wears a mask. He was extremely rude and caused a lot of problems because he didn’t understand that my name, my nickname, is Calvin, but my registered name is different. What matters is what was on my card. I use my nickname because of my open business, and I explained this to him, but he didn’t get it. He wanted it to match what was on my Driver’s License, which it wouldn’t, because the Driver’s License has my registered name, but the app had my nickname, and everything was correct. Still, he insisted on not giving me the reservation under my Driver’s License name. Even when I showed that my name is also Calvin B Harvey , as it appeared on my credit card and the booking reservation. In summary, I wouldn’t return because of this receptionist. I really hope they transfer him to another area because he is not fit to be a receptionist. He is a terrible employee.”

Nice place, would stay again.

Comfortable hotel with nice staff, big lobby, decent breakfast. Overpriced for what you get. We booked online and the photos showed a bedroom with closing door but when we arrived, there was not a separate bedroom, only one room which was not what we wanted. There were kids running the halls until after midnight. Lots of noise at night.

Breakfast presentation was the best I’ve seen at this price point. I would stay here again without a doubt
