Ikonik Lisboa

Well located in the Parque das Nações area - about a 5-10 minute walk from the Oriente or Cabo Ruivo metro stations, which connect directly to the airport, though Ubers in Lisbon are cheap enough that you may not bother. The neighbourhood is worth exploring in its own right: the Oceanário de Lisboa is excellent and just a short walk away, there's a cable car along the waterfront (scenic rather than particularly useful), and some great public around, including a giant cat sculpture. Check-in and check-out were slower than they should have been due to understaffing rather than any attitude problem, as the staff themselves were friendly throughout. It's a minor frustration but noticeable if you're in a hurry. The room itself was comfortable and seemed to be very newly decorated, with air conditioning that worked well. They also had complimentary pastéis de nata in the lobby. However the "double" bed was 2 singles pushed together. Overall a good choice for this part of Lisbon, with the slow check-in the main thing holding it back from five stars.

The reception team and management did not give us a good treatment.

It was not a good experience, because the hospitality was not to the liking, but the location and structure is good

The hotel was close to the train station & lots of restaurants and shops. Our room, both times (we stayed there, left for 4 days & returned) was clean, had an amazing view and was quite comfortable. Hotel staff were so helpful, and I would definitely stay there again.

A very minor inconvenience was no refrigerator in the room, but that might be common in Europe.
