this Hotel needs a good cleaning the floor of the room had other peoples hair on it the whole place was grubby and the hot water in the shower lasted about a minute the staff were friendly and helpful

Food was good and 1 staff member was also good . I really liked

AC was not working entire day and Manager didn’t bother to get it fixed or change my room inspite of my request

The worst hotel i have ever stayed in. In terms of cleanliness and staff i would rate it zero. Bad experience. Ac wasnt working. The kettle was useless full of dirt. Under qualified stagf

The app is not customer freindly. Needs improvement. It should be mentioned that part payment shall have to be deposited 48 hrs. prior to the time of check in, else, we don't take responsibility for providing the accommodation. I booked 2 rooms for 4 guests. By nastake, I cannelled my booking. Correcting it, I again booked rooms. By mistake only one guest per room was booked. In hotel I had to pay Rs. 500/- for per additional person. It needs ur attention.
