The locality is good.

Had to fight with manager to get hotel parking, even though it was opted for on booking.com. Initially they had made us park on the road in front of no parking zone. Rooms were unclean and dirty. Room geyser was not working. Luckily one of the staff member helped us to get a hot bucket of water early in the morning from the kitchen.

Staff Behaviour, clean Bathroom, delicious breakfast, airport is close, coffee house in front of the property, availability of taxi for sightseeing and a good driver

Room and bedding cleanliness, the balcony door hinge was broken

1. Location is convenient. 2. Price is competitive but still not value for money due to point mentioned under next category. 3. Staffs are helpful within the limitations they are working with

1. Food has limited options and repetitive many days 2. Disturbing in night after 10 pm for settling for and drink dues on a daily basis 3. Non Hindi/English speaking room service persons 4. Not enough parking places 5. Need to call multiple times for basic cleaning

The Staff was good, they listened to all the concerns and quickly resolved it. The best part of the property is the location as it's at the Central of every must see place.
