Love staying at this place

The last few times we have had trouble with the bed mattress. Too soft. My husband has had back surgery and finds it very difficult to get out of the bed. This is the only complaint we have

The room was a good size, comfy bed and pillows. Good toiletries provided. The staff were incredibly friendly. Despite the additional fees incurred for pet cleaning and parking, it was still very well priced.

While the room was clean, it had a scented plug in thing which (for me) was an unpleasant scent. My assumption is they are used as they are pet rooms, however surely there is a better alternative. Beware when booking on Booking.com that the pet cleaning fee isn't included in the price. I had to pay an extra $50 at the hotel for one night. This price increases the longer you stay. There is also a $10 fee for parking.

The location was so easy to find, cleanliness of the room was great. We had a phone call before arrival to make sure everything was as we needed (we had added a cot to our room for our child) so they confirmed bedding configuration. We had one issue as we checked in but it was quickly handled professionally and apologised for (wasn’t anything major) surprisingly facing glen osmond road it wasn’t overly noisy in the front bedroom.

The carpark is a tad tight with a larger car. We ended up moving our car for another person to be able to get theirs out, the bed was too soft for my liking but that is a personal preference. Maybe as an add in the doors to the entry of the room and balcony could do with some deadlocks up higher that children can’t reach. My two year old and 5 year old could open all the doors. Which worried me as they could easily have got out or got out onto the balcony. We ended up putting a chair in front on the door overnight and the coffee table in front of the balcony door. As a precaution.
