The Osmond Motel & Apartments

It Stunk and was dirty, the property charged us a $50 cleaning fee yet the unit absolutely stunk of animals. We tried everything to try and get rid of the smell (two tins air freshener etc) that was making us gasp. By the time we got back to motel reception was closed . The smell was that bad we both had to sleep with all windows open and still got sick. I don’t think the carpets have been steam cleaned for a long time. Unit was also not cleaned properly with lots of black hair in the bathroom etc. Night from hell, and no offer of refund when I told them of our experience.

Clean, good size, modern.

Bed was very soft and while I understand it is personal preference didn’t get best night sleep as such. Shame no microwave in the room. Parking upsold as if limited which the carpark is but lots of on street parking.

Vey noisy location. Rooms were very small, lack of comfortable lounge furniture for 4 people, not well appointed in the kitchen or bathroom. Cramped parking, difficult to maneouver around.

Rooms very clean and staff ver friendly. Would stay again, and would recommend. Great location.

A very friendly welcome. Our large room had ample wardrobe space, modern furnishings, a very comfortable bed & large TV. Though located on a busy highway rooms toward the back of the motel were quiet ... precautionary ear plugs provided. Outdoor undercover cafe just outside property & only short stroll to a number of eateries.

Like many motels this one had only a bathroom mirror & not a full length dress mirror in the room which women prefer. It could easily be put inside a wardrobe door. Property provides limited complimentary parking but secure parking is offered at a cost. This is not clear on Booking.com unless you use the drop down "Facilities" menu.

Location was good and provided easy access to get to Norwood for AFL gather round, and to drive up to Adelaide Hills.

Pillows were low quality and bed was too soft.
