Missed connecting flight due to delays and had to spend the night in Lisbon. Great hotel, very close to the airport, clean, friendly and attentive staff, big rooms and very reasonably priced.
What you would expect from the brand Don’t use the arranged transport to the airport, fixed price at approximately 30+ Euros Taxi 2.6 miles is cheaper at 7.50 Euros
On the first morning I had brunch I was rushed out before I was ready because they were preparing for another event. The buffet was to be opened until 10:30. I arrived a little before 10:00am and was approached twice to leave because it was 10:30. Wine glasses were left on tables too long on several occasions from the night before. The hotel had an unpleasant odor on our floor. Their menu is not varied enough. The swimming pool bar was closed because it was now October even though the weather was hot. There were many wine glasses left behind the bar that had not been cleared away, but when I went downstairs to the bar to get drinks to bring up to the pool, I was told i could only bring a can and a paper cup. The food at the brunch was excellent.
