Nice hotel with 24h swimming pool
The hotel is not far from the airport, Uber cost about 7-8 euro. The room is a good size, and the bathroom is nicely design and a good size too. A short distance will bring you to a restaurant row by the water. We had a good meal there.
The check-in staff seemed inexperienced—she struggled to locate my reservation and failed to explain any of the hotel amenities, only noting that breakfast came at an additional cost. My VIP status wasn’t acknowledged at check-in; I had to follow up later to have it recognized. The elevators were unreliable, working only intermittently. Overall, this property falls short of the expectations and it’s certainly not on par with a 5-star standard.

The room was spacious and comfortable.
USShowed up rather late. Was given a room which smelled like cheap perfume and cigarettes. Had to move to another room it was so bad. New room faced into an office building. Assumed they might provide a free breakfast or some discount. No such luck. Parking is confusing. You have to go into a back alley with no signs. Rooftop pool is not heated. Can’t charge a drink to your room. TG for Apple Pay.
