The room and all facilities were super clean. Staff was supportive and kind. Available parking at all times.

Water pressure in the shower was a little deficient, however it did the job. Breakfast, the choices were a bit limited.

Wij hebben bij dit hotel 6 dagen geslapen. De hotel kamer werd elke dag schoon gemaakt wat heel fijn was. Er was 1 mevrouw bij de balie die ons altijd hielp en het beste engels kon. De bedden zijn ook goed om op te slapen. Ook is er een goede airco aanwezig. Er is ook een koelkastje aanwezig.

Toen we aankwamen zeiden ze dat de lift het niet deed en wij sliepen op de 3e etage. Het was voor ons geen probleem maar het kan wel vervelend zijn. Ze vroegen ook nog of ze de koffers naar boven kon brengen maar dat hoefde voor ons niet. We wilde gebruik maken van het buitenzwembad maar toen we daar aankwamen zag het er niet fris uit en hebben ook nog een kat uit het water zien drinken dus dat hebben we over geslagen. Het ontbijt is prima maar stelt niet veel voor. De douchekop was kapot en het water ging steeds van super koud naar super warm. Ook is het misschien fijn als er iets van thee of koffie op de kamer gemaakt kan worden.

Lift wasn’t working and they had no intention to get it fixed any time soon. It was crucifying to carry luggages all the way up for a person who has back problems too. Shower water changed from scorching hot to freezing cold all the time. Sink was blocked and staff failed to sort it out either. Nothing much to eat during breakfast at all, very limited choice and was slow to get more food when one’s finished. Swimming pool was not clean and icy outdoors and indoors swimming and spa facilities were not operating in mid May so we couldn’t even go swimming

La propreté et la gentillesse du personnel

Payé 40€ par personne pour le spa, la piscine intérieure qui devait être chauffée ne l’était pas et etait glacé. L’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas et mon épouse ayant mal au genoux a dû monter et descendre 2 étage par escalier. Pas cool
