Was told I can check in early but had to wait for 3 hrs in the lobby because I could not get my car back until I had a room number or get charged $40 for 2 min parking I have emails to prove it also the room was dirty with shrimp In the microwave that stunk so bad there was shit on the toilet seat that we had to clean guest blanket had a hole in it and the was something on the curtains

The bed and sofa needs to be replaced, no start tvs

Location is good and convenient. It’s walkable to be on strip or connect to other facilities in strip. The reception lady was friendly. The suite is spacious. Pool looks good for family with little kid.

Pay more from the room for the upgraded suite. The suite is not very detailed and is low maintenance. We can easily find scratches on furnitures and none functional lights at the room. The kitchen looks great with a coffee capsule machine but there is nothing brewing. No tea bag or any coffee. Even without any kitchen wares (plates/forks/knives). Guests must to ask for any items or supplies.
